Location
In Frisco, Colorado just off of highway 70. Easy access in to ski resorts: Copper Mountain (6 minutes), Breckenridge (20 minutes), Keystone (15 minutes), Loveland (15 minutes), Arapahoe Basin (20 minutes) and Vail (30 minutes). Also, try cross-country skiing, sledding or snow-shoeing at Frisco's Nordic Center, just a few minutes away.

DIRECTIONS: From Denver International Airport, take Interstate Highway 70 West until you reach the first Frisco Exit (#203). Turn left from the off-ramp and drive to the first traffic signal (Dillon Dam Road). Turn left and drive about 1/4 mile to Prospect Point (Point Drive) and turn right. Follow Point Drive around to the left until you reach Berino Court, then bear left. The Frisco Place is on the right.

Damage Policy: Your credit card remains on file to provide secured funds to cover malicious and negligent damage, to provide for additional cleaning fees required as a result of tenant leaving the unit unreasonably dirty, to cover the charges associated with unauthorized overnight guests and/or to ensure the faithful performance of tenant’s promises as contained in the rental agreement.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival may be refundable, less the deposit of one night if we do not rebook the unit. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit of one night. The remaining balance could be non-refundable if the unit is not rebooked.
