General rental policies are as follows. Entire terms and conditions can be viewed by clicking on the Book Now! button above, selecting the dates you wish to book, then clicking on the link titled "Terms and Conditions." Alternatively, you can download a copy of our policies by clicking here. NO MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED except a minimum stay of 5 nights during the Winter Holiday period (which can be discounted). Check in time is 3:30 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. $150 cleaning fee added to reservations. All applicable taxes are included in the rental rates. Visa & Mastercard credit cards accepted. 50% advance payment required at time of reservation. Remainder will be automatically charged 30 days prior to check in. Full Terms & Conditions must be accepted during reservation process. All rates are subject to change. Deposit Policy: A $500 refundable damage deposit is required prior to arrival and is refunded 2 weeks after departure if there are no damages. Refund Policy: Cancellations are accepted up to 21 days before arrival date only. For cancellations received within 0-20 days of arrival date, or early departures after arrival date, 100% of payments will be retained. If the home can be re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued. Alternatively, you may reschedule unused days for another available date. |
